You've probably tried a workout from a magazine or online blog.... The problem is, they're all cookie cutter, one-size-fits-all workouts.
If you're weeks into a workout program, you might feel discouraged if your progress slowed down. When you're 'stalled', it’s important to keep up the intensity of your workouts. Modifying your workout to maximize effort will keep your body guessing and help you break through the plateau.
Changing things up will prevent boredom and cheating on your last reps. With repetition, we tend to lose interest and become less engaged. With variety in your program, your body will adjust to the changing demands and helps you avoid plateaus.
Working with the right coach who is experienced in helping clients like yourself will help you maintain your focus and prevent injury in case you're doing too much or too little. Growing with your coach will keep you accountable and loving your workouts.
You just want to workout... wouldn't it be easier if you didn't have to think about how to do it?
2) Your program. I'll send you your 6-week workout plan with exercise videos that you can do at home using body weight exercises, or workouts that can be done at your local gym.
3) Check-In. I'll check in every 2 weeks to check your progress.
We designed your 6-week program to be easy to follow, but challenging enough to get your body moving. The workouts will keep you focused as you start to see noticeable changes over the 6 weeks.
During the 6-weeks, we'll celebrate the small wins and push through setbacks as you go through the program. When you understand this is a journey, you'll learn that every little step matters.
You've got everything you need done-for-you...
so it's just a matter of time before you crush your goals!
