A program plan that is just right for your body type and fitness level

Here's how we'll work together:

1) Book your 1-hr assessment. Let's chat about your history, your fitness goals, biometrics, and see if we're a good fit.

2) Your program. I'll send you your 6-week workout plan with exercise videos that you can do at home using body weight exercises, or workouts that can be done at your local gym.

3) Check-In. I'll check in every 2 weeks to check your progress.

We designed your 6-week program to be easy to follow, but challenging enough to get your body moving. The workouts will keep you focused as you start to see noticeable changes over the 6 weeks.



Results will vary from person to person. Generally, you'll feel more energetic and your clothes will fit better! Keeping your efforts consistent will give you maximum results! Be true to yourself and do it!



During the 6-weeks, we'll celebrate the small wins and push through setbacks as you go through the program. When you understand this is a journey, you'll learn that every little step matters.

How is this program delivered?

You must book a 45-min - 1-hr assessment call so the coach can assess any injuries, concerns, or other questions you may have. Once this is done, you'll get your customized program through a trainer's app with a unique login. From there, you'll be able to see your workout plan and track your metrics

What equipment do I need to do the workouts?

The sessions are designed for body weight exercises and no equipment is needed in the beginning, or you can use your existing equipment and upgrade as you progress. If you prefer to do the workouts at your local gym, the coach will let you know which equipment you need for those workouts.

How can I contact you if I need help ?

How soon will I see results?

Results vary from person to person depending on your body type, how consistent you are with the program, and how you progress through the training. You'll notice small changes like improved energy levels and clothes fitting more loose in the first few weeks. After that initial adaptation phase, your body will become more efficient at exercise as you gain lean muscle and transform your body!

How often do I pay?

We charge a one-time payment for every 6-week customized program. You're not locked into a contract! We'll reach out to you before the end of the 6-weeks to ask if you would like to continue with the customized program plan. We sure hope you do

Do you issue refunds?

We don't want you to pay for something you don't want, so we will be happy to refund you the full amount BEFORE the 1-hr assessment. If you are unhappy with the program, speak with your coach to discuss any questions you may have. We're always happy to help
